Senior Personal Assistant for UHNW Family – Central London Circa £100,000 GPA (DOE) + Bonus + Benefits

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Personal Assistant to join a dynamic and fully staffed UHNW household in Central London. This role combines elements of Chief of Staff responsibilities, offering a hands-on, fast-paced environment where you will collaborate with another skilled PA to provide exceptional support to the Principals and their family.

This role is ideal for a highly professional and proactive individual with a proven track record of longevity in similar positions, looking to commit to a long-term partnership with a welcoming, high-achieving family.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Household & Team Management:

    • Support the efficient day-to-day running of a bustling household.

    • Collaborate with the household staff, ensuring smooth coordination and high standards.

  • Diary & Travel Coordination:

    • Manage complex diaries, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision and discretion.

    • Research and organize family holidays, activities, and unique experiences.

  • Procurement & Event Support:

    • Handle purchases, orders, and returns, keeping meticulous records.

    • Assist with event planning and execution, ensuring seamless delivery.

  • Administrative Excellence:

    • Maintain up-to-date records for healthcare, travel, and household operations.

    • Oversee the household handbook and ensure budgets are meticulously managed.

  • Ad-hoc Duties:

    • Run errands and manage special projects, such as refurbishments or bespoke requests.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a PA in an UHNW household, ideally with 6+ years in a senior role.

  • A polished, personable, and highly adaptable professional.

  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and IT skills, including social media fluency.

  • Discretion, dedication, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

  • A proactive problem-solver who thrives in a team-focused environment.

Hours: Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, responsive out of hours for urgent matters
Compensation: Up to £100,000 GPA (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits.
