Temp Chef, 4 weeks, starting ASAP, Dubai - £300 per day

We’re looking for an experienced Chef to work with a UHNW family in Dubai from 1st Feb to 1st March. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mediterranean and Italian cuisines and a background working in private households. Candidates must already be based in Dubai.

Duties:

Prepare Mediterranean and Italian dishes for family meals, events, and gatherings.

Plan menus with the family or household manager.

Source quality ingredients from local and international markets.

Keep the kitchen clean and follow food safety regulations.

Adapt to the family’s dietary preferences and needs.

Days/hours: 5/6 days per week, 9 hours per day

Duration of booking: 1st February - 1st March

Salary: Circa £300 per day (depending on experience)
