TOP CHEF – ROTA, MAYFAIR - £85k-£90K GPA

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled chef to join a prestigious establishment in Mayfair. This role offers the opportunity to work on a 2-week on/off rota, delivering exceptional culinary experiences that span a variety of cuisines. You will be working with high-end clientele, and the position requires a strong focus on food presentation, ensuring every dish is as visually stunning as it is delicious.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a range of cuisines to the highest standards. Occasionally, you will provide butler service for clients, delivering personalised dishes with care and attention

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in fine dining, ideally from Michelin-starred kitchens or similarly prestigious establishments. Expertise across a variety of cuisines is essential, and the ability to adapt to diverse client preferences is key. A keen eye for presentation and a commitment to excellence is required, as is the ability to work both independently and within a team. The position requires flexibility to work on a 2-week on/off rota, and you must have a valid UK work permit.

Salary: £80K -£90K GPA
