Part Time Estate Admin Coordinator, Devon, circa £35-45k gpa pro rata depending on experience

Silver & Bow is on the lookout for someone to join a small private estate team in the beautiful South Devon countryside not far from Honiton. 

Working from the office at the estate, you will coordinate and supervise a small team of grounds and house staff, allocate tasks, keep on top of the jobs that need doing on a regular basis, and larger projects. 

The role can be 3 full days a week but they are flexible if someone would prefer 4-5 shorter days to fit around other commitments. You will be reporting to the Chief of Staff and Principal.

Strong preference for those with experience working on a private estate/household but open to candidates with admin experience in other settings also.

Duties

•            Point of contact and liaison for the Chief of Staff

•            Overseeing the daily task list

•            Coordinating and supervising the team and allocating jobs

•            Processing invoices

•            Filing and organising documents

•            Placing orders for the estate team

·               Checking, overseeing and confirming works 

·               Working towards the estate’s annual plans. 

Requirements:

•            Driver due to the rural location

·               A 'no job too big or small' attitude is essential. 

·               Solutions orientated 

•            Good IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

•            Team player – collaborative and enthusiastic

•            Excellent organisational and time-management skills

•            Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal

•            Prior experience in hospitality, estates, or administration is advantageous

•            High level of discretion and confidentiality

Salary: £35-45k gpa pro rata depending on experience
