Head Housekeeper, Knightsbridge £££

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Head Housekeeper to join a fully staffed private household in Mayfair! The Head Housekeeper will lead a dedicated team of housekeepers and will work closely with the House Manager to uphold high standards and ensure the residence is flawlessly maintained.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and train a team of housekeepers to ensure high standards are met

• Perform daily cleaning duties to uphold cleanliness and organisation

• Wardrobe management

• Plan and prepare for special events or guests, including deep cleaning and setup.

• Keep track of cleaning supplies and household items.

• Organise staff schedules

• Coordinate with other household staff, such as chefs, butlers, and House Manager to ensure smooth operations.

• Travel with the principal overseas

Requirements:

• Proven success in similar roles within high-end properties

• Hands-on leadership approach

• Attention to detail

• Extensive knowledge of housekeeping

• Strong communication skills

• Excellent checkable references

Days of work: 5 days on, 2 days off, including some weekends. 9-10 hours per day.

Salary: £££ Top salary on offer for experienced candidates
