Full time, Live out Housekeeper, Ibiza – Up to 20 EUR per hour

Silver & Bow is searching for an experienced and professional housekeeper to care for a stunning countryside residence in Ibiza. This is a rare and long-term opportunity to work with a wonderful family who highly value their staff, many of whom have been with them for years. The role offers stability, a fantastic working environment, and the chance to be part of a dedicated household team.

The estate consists of a main house and several guesthouses, all set within beautifully maintained gardens and grounds. The family primarily uses the property during key holiday periods such as Easter, Christmas, and several weeks during the summer. During these times, the household operates at a busier pace, requiring flexibility and teamwork. The housekeeper will work as part of a team of housekeepers, alongside other staff, including a chef and gardeners, in a structured and well-organised household.

Accommodation can be provided if necessary, with the option to stay in a shared staff flat.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily cleaning to a high standard

• Laundry: washing, ironing, and folding

• Assisting with table setting and clearing at mealtimes

• Occasional pet care duties

• Running errands for the family

Requirements:

• Prior experience working in a similar private household environment on onboard yachts.

• Highly dedicated, motivated, and committed to delivering exceptional standards

• Experience caring for high-end finishes and delicate materials

• Good communication skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Driver’s license required due to the property’s location

• The family has two well-behaved dogs, so being comfortable around pets is essential

Working Hours & Salary:

• Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm (as well as weekend working and occasional evening shifts on rotation when the family are in residence)

• Overtime paid or time in lieu granted when guests and extended family are in residence

• Salary: €18 – €20 per hour

• Start: As soon as possible
