Head Housekeeper, Kensington, Up to £55k GPA + paid overtime

A family in Kensington is looking for a Head Housekeeper to lead a team of five in a hands-on role across three residences: a main house and two nearby apartments (just a 5-minute walk apart).

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Head Housekeeper or a Senior Housekeeper looking to step into a management role!

You must have exceptional attention to detail, experience with luxury furnishings, delicate fabrics, and high-end materials, along with strong organisational and communication skills.

Russian language is desirable, alongside fluency in English.

The family has two gorgeous cats, so you must be pet-friendly.

Duties:

• Daily cleaning of all properties to the highest standards

• Overseeing and managing a team of five housekeepers

• Wardrobe management, including packing and unpacking

• Laundry and ironing of delicate fabrics

• Ensuring all rooms and communal areas are maintained to an immaculate standard

• Managing housekeeping supplies and inventory

• Organising rotas

• Regularly liaising with the principal and PA

Days/hours: 40 hours per week, 5 days per week, including some weekend working. Any extra hours worked will be paid as overtime.

Salary: £55k gpa + overtime
