Head Housekeeper, Notting Hill – £60-£65K gpa depending on experience

A lovely American family in Notting Hill is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head Housekeeper to manage their informal family home. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a passion for maintaining a clean, organized, and comfortable living environment. The family values a warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the Head Housekeeper will play a crucial part in ensuring the household runs smoothly.

The Head Housekeeper will ensure the home is maintained to the highest standards. Responsibilities include overseeing all cleaning, laundry, and organization of the household, while ensuring everything runs smoothly. The role requires flexibility, as duties may vary depending on the family’s schedule or special events, such as hosting guests or dinners. The ideal candidate will be proactive, and willing to adapt to the family’s needs. A keen eye for detail and the ability to be flexible with tasks and schedules is essential in this role.

Key Requirements:
•    Previous experience in a similar Head Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeper role, preferably in a private family home.
•    Exceptional cleaning, organizational, and time-management skills.
•    Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
•    Ability to work independently and take initiative in maintaining the home.
•    Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the family, with a hands-on approach.
•    Strong communication skills, with a warm and approachable demeanor.
•    Ability to work collaboratively with other household staff.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £60-£65K gpa depending on experience
