**Live in Nanny, Milan EUR 2500-3000 net per month DOE**

Silver & Bow’s clients are looking for a switched-on nanny to join a lovely young family based in Bussero (20 min from Milan) to look after their 19 month old boy. The role is live-in, and the nanny will have her own private bedroom and bathroom with a separate entrance. The working hours will be 5.5 day for week, from 7 AM to 7 PM (including several breaks) with occasional weekend work to be agreed upon in advance. The family are looking for a reliable and experienced nanny who can provide excellent care for their little boy and support him in achieving his developmental milestones. The parents appreciate a nanny who has a gentle, patient, and calm approach to childcare—and guide their son with kindness and understanding.

The family would value someone with a Montessori background or experience in other alternative education methods, as they are open to exploring different approaches to help their child thrive.
