Personal Assistant to Titled Lady, St James’ Park, up to £80K

We are seeking an exceptional Personal Assistant to support a distinguished private individual based near St James’ Park. This is a rare opportunity for an individual with traditional values, impeccable manners, and a refined, discreet approach, who is looking for a long-term position within a prestigious household.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Traditional PA Duties:

    • Compose and draft correspondence to Royal Households, dignitaries, and VIP contacts with impeccable grammar and etiquette.

    • Manage the principal's diary, ensuring seamless scheduling of appointments and social engagements.

    • Maintain meticulous records and documentation with absolute discretion.

    • Respond to emails, calls, and letters with a polished and professional tone.

    • Coordinate personal errands and oversee household administration with precision.

  • Lifestyle & Household Coordination:

    • Act as the principal's right hand, ensuring their preferences are anticipated and catered to.

    • Schedule and attend medical appointments, handling all associated paperwork.

    • Liaise with the household team, including the House Manager, Housekeepers, and Chauffeur, to ensure smooth daily operations.

    • Arrange cultural outings and social events, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

  • Social & Cultural Engagements:

    • Research and recommend theatre, art exhibitions, concerts, and dining experiences suited to the client’s refined tastes.

    • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of London’s cultural and social scene.

    • Source thoughtful gifts and oversee personal shopping requests.

Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a PA in a high-profile household or corporate environment.

    • Formal education, with a strong command of written English and impeccable letter-writing skills.

    • IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

    • A strong understanding of British traditions, social etiquette, and protocol.

    • Naturally discreet, professional, and composed in all interactions.

    • A warm, kind, and caring nature with a down-to-earth attitude.

    • Meticulous attention to detail, with an excellent memory for names and preferences.

    • An old-fashioned work ethic, valuing dedication and loyalty.

    • Patient and adaptable, willing to go the extra mile to support the client’s lifestyle.

    • Emotionally mature.

    • Based within a 1-hour commute to St James’ Park.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, with flexibility for evenings as required.

Salary: Up to £80k gpa, dependent on experience.
