We are looking for someone with strong emotional intelligence who will work well with others in a large team of staff. The family also employ a nanny  who will be responsible for nursery duties related to the child.

Duties: 
•    Planning age appropriate activities 
•    Ensuring the child meets all developmental milestones  
•    Staying on top of her wardrobe and assist with packing when travelling 
•    Teaching her good manners and encouraging her educational development

Requirements:  
•    Excellent English plus French or Spanish
•    Ideally experience in fully staffed, HNW households 
•    Extensive travel – based in Kuwait, the UK and Spain 
•    Good swimmer and comfortable on boats (the family own a yacht)
 
Days/Hours: Monday - Friday (circa 10h/day)
Accommodation: Separate apartment
Salary: Up to £2k net per week DOE £££

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Junior PA to join a dynamic team supporting a busy young couple. This is a lovely varied role where you will work closely with the Senior PA to keep each day running smoothly. You will be involved in managing diaries, orders and purchasing, researching holidays, liaising with household staff and generally being an extra pair of hands to keep things running smoothly. Splitting your time between the office and the households, you will be pitching in where needed whether its nipping to Harrods to collect a purchase or tracking down a one off item.

This role calls for someone resourceful, able to prioritise effectively and problem solve. It would suit someone with a practical mindset and a can-do attitude coupled with solid IT skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payments & Returns - Manage payments through Xero (training provided) and organize returns efficiently.

  • Inventories - Develop and maintain inventory systems to ensure smooth operations.

  • Diary management -  Handle last-minute schedule changes, make sure the relevant people are made aware and update the calendar

  • Travel & Bookings - Research and book hotels, drivers, and other logistical arrangements

  • Personal Shopping - Collect and purchase items as needed, including trips to specialist shops

  • General Support - Provide logistical and administrative support as needed across various locations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Professional and approachable, with excellent organisational skills.

  • Resourceful and capable of managing complex logistics.

  • Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems.

  • Polite, smart, and proactive, with an eye for detail and a knack for finding solutions.

  • Some previous experience as a PA or in a similar role is highly desirable.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – 9am to 5/5:30pm (no out of hours cover)

Salary: £35,000 gross per annum
